After 30 years of providing legal services focused on estate and trust planning and administration, elder law, probate litigation, tax planning, guardianship, small business and non-profit services and planning, I will be cutting back my hours and closing our office at 25 Bishop Avenue in Williston on June 30, 2025.

After closing of the office I will continue to provide estate and trust planning and administration services on a part-time basis for my existing and select new clients. 

We invite our existing clients to email or call our office with questions about their files and their current work.  

For 16 years, I have had the fortune of the company and the work of Paralegal Michelle Ackel. With Michelle’s vision and perspectives, and her wonderful presence with our clients, we have built a thriving professional firm, and she will be missed.
